Our Representatives are paid commission:
50% For the first month of service
10% Each month thereafter
Our Representatives do not have to recruit or build a team as we do that for you. There are 5 levels a person can promote to. Promotion to each level is based on production, keeping in mind that we have the option of promoting at any given time. At each level a person earns additional income.
- Senior Sales Representative
- Assistant Branch Manager
- Branch Manager
- Regional Manager
- National Manager
As an Independent Representative you will be allowed to bring on other companies to be vendors for our protection plans. The compensation plan is as follows:
50% One-time payment to be paid to vendor
25% For the first month of service for the Independent Representative
10% Each month thereafter to be paid to the Independent Representative
To qualify as a representative a person must complete the following:
- Complete the Independent Representative Application (which can be found
online) or send a resume.
- Schedule a telephone interview
- Register for a training either online or in person
- Pay the $75 training fee (Due before the training)
