To qualify you must be:
- Must be 18 years of age or older;
- You must have been gainfully employed for more than 30 continuous days to qualify for Protection.
- You must have been in the Protection plan for a minimum of 30 days prior to the Maternity Leave
- Must qualify as "Death" as outlined in Section IX, "Death"; and
- Must agree to pay the fees by the due date to maintain an open balance; and
- Must agree to accept the responsibility of paying your utility bill(s) to the Vendor(s) when payments are made directly to You by Sterling Utilities Plus, Inc.
Your financial situation is likely to change if someone you live with dies. As a result it can cause money problems for those who are left. Our Death Protection helps you ensure that your utilities bills will be paid, even if you're not liable for paying them. Bereavement is paid directly to the person you elect to be the beneficiary during the registration process.
