To qualify you must be:
- Must be 18 years of age or older;
- You must have been gainfully employed for more than 30 continuous days to qualify for Protection.
- You must have been in the Protection plan for a minimum of 30 days prior to the disability; self-employed, or an independent contractor at the time you became disabled.
- Must qualify as "Disability" as outlined in Section III, "Disability Plan"; and
- Must agree to pay the fees by the due date to maintain an open balance; and
- Must agree to accept the responsibility of paying your utility bill(s) to the Vendor(s) when payments are made directly to You by Sterling Utilities Plus, Inc.
